From Germany to Novi Sad – A Decision That Makes Me Smile Much More Often Today

When I started looking for a dental practice outside of Germany, I didn't know what to expect. Dental prices back home are very high, so I wanted to find a place that would offer top quality along with a sense of safety, at a somewhat more affordable price.

After a lot of research online, I found the website of the Dr. Rakić dental practice in Novi Sad. What immediately gave me confidence was the detailed presentation of treatments, the team's many years of experience, and the professional look of the website. I sent an inquiry and received a reply very quickly. Everything was clearly explained, with no hidden costs and no pressure to make a decision.

A few weeks later, I traveled to Novi Sad.

From the moment I walked into the practice, I knew I had made the right decision. The staff welcomed me very warmly; everyone spoke calmly, kindly, and professionally. Even though I wasn't a regular patient, I felt as if we had known each other for years.

During the treatment, every step was explained to me in detail. Not once did I feel uncertain or afraid. I was especially impressed by the organization and the attention given to every detail.

The result was even better than I expected. Today I can smile again without hesitation, and what matters most is that everything was done without compromising on quality.

Of course, the financial savings compared to Germany were significant, but I can honestly say that what stayed with me most was the relationship with the people there. Kindness, patience, and a genuine desire to help left a much stronger impression than the price itself.
